Recently, a mid-sized enterprise group aimed to grow of their group through utilizing various human resources. They wanted systematic and integrated management of internal human resource to achieve their goals. Therefore, they considered a standardization, systematization, provision of various functions, and service expandability for related systems or services.As a result, The clients, a mid-sized enterprise group are successfully operating a human resource management system based on the Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP). The system has applied the group’s HR policy as well as the regulation on personnel for each affiliate's business characteristic in cooperation with MegazoneCloud Co., Ltd..

Challenge
  • The clients, a mid-sized enterprise group, used independent HR policy and HR management system each affiliate. They needed an integrated HR management system for a global business expansion and diversified business entry.
  • There was a need for customized HR management system that reflected the group's integrated HR policy and the work environment of each affiliate (attendance, salary, welfare system, etc.).
  • There was also a need to centralize and manage a cost inefficiency from the operation of the different system at each affiliate.
